These instructions were written using an iPhone. If your smartphone is an Android, adjust your steps accordingly.
Step One
You must be signed in to update “Upload your OTOW ID Card”
Step Two
Scroll down to where it says “Upload OTOW ID Card” and click on the ‘blue’ link just below that. This example it’s “image.jpg”. In the pop-up box, click Replace
Step Three
In the box just below “Upload OTOW ID Card”, click “Choose File” (it’s blue words).
Step Four
A box will pop up. Choose “Take Photo”.
Your camera will open. Position your camera over your new OTOW ID Card so that you will get a clear photo and take the photo.
Step Five
Look at the photo that you just took and if it’s clear and legible, click “Use Photo” in the lower right corner. If not legible, click “Retake” in lower left corner and retake to get a clear photo
Step Six
After you click “Use Photo”, the name of the file you just uploaded will appear in the “Upload OTOW ID Card” box.
Step Seven
In the box just above where you uploaded the photo of your new ID card, you need to change the date of OTOW Member ID Expiration to the Expiration Date on your new card. The format must be mm/dd/yyyy
Step Eight
Scroll down just below the box where it says “Full Member” and click the blue box “Save & Continue”.
You need to do this every time you get a new OTOW ID Card. Gateway Passes and renters need to do this every year.
